All over the United States, central business districts serve as a magnet for economic growth and employment. There are nearly<\/span> 70 million square feet of office space<\/u><\/span><\/a>, divided into 5 sub-markets: Financial District, Back Bay, Seaport, Midtown, and Fenway.<\/span><\/p>\n At the heart of the CBD is the city\u2019s<\/span> Business Improvement District<\/u><\/span><\/a>, home to nearly one quarter of all the CBD\u2019s office inventory.
